What we Build
We offer many styles of homes that can be either wood frame or metal barndominium-style homes. We have many plans to choose from that are all fully customizable, or you can bring your own plan, or we can set you up with our architect to create something totally your own.
We can also help you build a shop and develop your property, from land clearing, site access, or even help you build a pond, we can help you build whatever amenities you have in mind.

How it works

Do you already have a construction loan approval or would you like us to get you in touch with one of the lenders we use?
A pre approval will give you the information you need to be able to set your building budget, and get this process going.

The first step to building is deciding where you are going to build your home. Do you already have land you want to build on, if not, that is ok, we have access to land in several areas through our local contacts depending on what area you want to live, we are here to help.
This is also where we access the land in order to figure out what is needed; site prep, road access, utilities, any permits, etc.

After selecting your land, the floor plan becomes the most critical element in building your new home. Do you already have a floor plan in mind, or would you like our assistance in creating one tailored to your needs?
Once the ideal plan is established, we will guide you through all finish selections and design details, ensuring every element comes together to transform your vision into a home you’ll love coming back to every day.

Finalize the floor plan and all of the pre build section options. With Finacing approval we will sign build contract and then you will close on your loan.
Now we break ground & start the building process.

Now we build your home, there will be several walk troughs with your superintendent throughout the build. This will help you get all of those little details exactly as you imagine them.
Site back and watch and as we bring your dreams to life.

We are just about to finish your home, we will do a final walk through prior to the hand off, we want to make sure we got everything right before we give you the keys.
